Facial rejuvenation services

As we age, our skin tends to undergo a variety of changes. Skin firmness is reduced due to the natural loss of collagen and elastin. Patients may also notice liver spots and sunspots on the skin that develop with time due to sun exposure. Fine lines, wrinkles, and other imperfections like redness, brown spots arise due to aging skin. Fortunately, Aleta Sloan and her team at United Medical and Aesthetics in Wilmington, North Carolina, are here to help with game changing facial rejuvenation services and 9 lasers. Below are just a few of the ways patients can enhance their appearance with our clinician:

  • Subnovii
  • Frax 1550 laser therapy
  • Nordly’s Light and Bright
  • CO2 laser skin resurfacing
  • Radiofrequency microneedling
  • PDO threads
  • Chemical peels
  • Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers
  • Neuromodulator injections
  • Dermaplaning

Which treatments are right for me?

Each treatment has a specific benefit that patients can consider when enhancing their appearance. For patients with poor skin texture and tone, chemical peels or radiofrequency microneedling can help. Alternatively, those with prominent wrinkles and folds may find a solution with neurotoxin injections and dermal fillers, Frax laser or for more severe wrinkles CO2. Our team can evaluate you during a consultation visit and make recommendations based on your unique situation, covering the pros and cons of each treatment and cost. We always come up with a plan you can afford and will be happy with.

What can I do at home to maintain healthy skin?

Patients who want to delay the signs of aging and improve their skin’s overall health and appearance may also want to talk to our providers about recommendations for home skin care regimens. Using the proper cleansers, toners, serums such as Vitamin C, moisturizers, and mostly Sun block you can keep the skin soft and supple and maintain a more attractive appearance. Most importantly you can protect your investment! Aleta also can teach you what foods to eat for beautiful skin, what foods are the best, and even provide supplements/ vitamins to help rejuvenate your skin from the inside out. During your consultation Aleta will write out your skin care plan. Work with our team to learn more about the best treatment plan for your needs.
